Transportation:

• Flight arrangements should be made on your own.
• Private bus transportation will be provided from the Hilton Garden Inn to the conference each day.
• Transportation from the Salt Lake International Airport to the Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown options are:
  • Hilton Garden Inn provides complimentary shuttle service
  • Express Shuttle is $7.00 per person one way
  • Taxi fare should be around $20.00
• Transportation to the airport at the close of the meeting will be provided.
• If possible, please make your flight departure time after 3:00 pm if you are leaving on the last day of the course.

The hotel chosen for this year's Core Curriculum Review Course participants is the Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown.

ATTENTION: As of 8/26/08 the Hilton Garden Inn is full and unable to accept any more registrants for the Core Review course.

*If you choose to stay at another hotel, you must provide your own transportation to Intermountain Medical Center.

• To receive the discounted rate, be sure to mention our group name "Core Review"
• Reservation deadline is August 22, 2008 to be included in the reserved group of rooms
• Reservations made after August 22, 2008 are subject to availability. If you are not able to find a hotel room in downtown Salt Lake City, please call the Continuing Medical Education Department at 801-442-3930 or 1-800-842-5498. We will provide the names and numbers of additional hotels nearby so you can still utilize the group transportation.

*You may want to reserve your room early as there will be a large convention in Salt Lake City during the Core Review course and hotels may fill up quickly.
