• All conference materials including syllabus, CD and question books
• On site meals and snacks
• Daily transportation from hotel to course location and return

Information:

• Registration will be open until the first day of the course.
• Participants who notify the Intermountain CME office of their intent to cancel two (2) weeks or less prior to the course will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds issued to participants who do not attend or fail to notify the Intermountain CME office of their intent to cancel.
